My interest in FOTBOT stems from the fact I lived in a British Overseas Territory during my youth as the child of expatriates. I was involved with Bermuda’s Youth Parliament and Youth Council before undertaking further education in the UK. These organisations shed light for me on the issues faced by Bermuda and its position in international affairs. I composed academic papers on some of these issues in Bermuda and Gibraltar. Through FOTBOT, I hope to expand further on my knowledge of the territories and support them at the same time.
